well, you know, AImee, if once we figure out the food, and you would like to pick out the wine varieties that will go best with the food, I would be ever so happy for you doing that. we could use your wine expertise with making sure that we try winey things that no one but you could think of.
So that said, i trust your wine decisions, and would only like to offer the buying power here in chicago, maybe through work, or sams wine and spirits.
Maybe when you are in town later on in October, that might be a time for us to go out wine tasting at Sams, Wine Discount center, and other places to taste wine. I would ever so like to drink something new this year at the party. Yea, or nea?

and we had lots of fun, new drinks last year, right? cocktails and wines and beers. we had lots of fun choices among those, right? we can totally do that again. and since everyone seems interested, we can definitely share the wine selection. also im always up for wine tasting. and, when i come in next month, lemme know when yer available. would really love to schedule some non-hive-giving fun with Meggoo time.
let it be known that i have no interest in mixed drinks, though, and lots and LOTS of interest in dividing off tasks so no one is swamped with or hoarding all of the fun.

Momma got on to LMA last night...she and I couldn;t figure out how to get her an account, there was no place to click after she put in her user name, marnie..and password, then Blogger name, mamamia, and her email..then no where to click to make it all happen.
Ya know what I mean? NO place to click on, no, movin, no shakin.

Maybe you all could help from here.

Go with her to her jacquebleu@yahoo.com inbox and find the email from louisa that invites her to be a member. she has to follow that link to accept, and then she can go about like any of us, fancy free.
I'm sure amalier could help when she's out there with y'all, soon enough, if it still doesn't work out.

that's the way.
first, she needs to accept the email louisa/lycos/i sent her. she won't be able to log in and post a non-comment without this. ill send through another invite, just in case.
then, she can go to the page, click on the "Blogger" icon in the upper left corner, and hit "new post" to put up a new post!
